Can every adult person learn to play a piano?
Yes, majority can learn to play a piano.
Main criteria for success:
- Mutual motivation and cooperation of tutor and student;
- Ability to describe the aim of learning;
- Permanence of the lessons (recommendation: 1 lesson a week);
- Time for training laikas saviruošai (recommendation: have personal instrument).
How much does the lesson cost?
The price for 1 private lesson is 35 €*. This price is applied when payments are made after each lesson.
There is also a possibility to book 3, 5 or 10 lessons at a time:
- 3 individual lessons – 100 €. BOOK three individual lessons >>
- 5 individual lessons – 165 €. BOOK five individual lessons >>
- 10 individual lessons – 325 €. BOOK ten individual lessons >>
* price for regular TonArt students for one lesson is 30 €. Payment conditions: invoice should be paid in advance for 5, 10 or the amount of the lessons chosen.
How to get the regular TonArt student status?
Status is given for everyone, who starts attending regularly (at least 1 lesson a week or not less than 4 lessons a month) after the course of 10 first lessons is completed.
How can I pay for the lessons?
There are two ways to pay:
- via bank transfer;
We send the invoice to your email after the first lesson. For the invoice we you’re your personal data (name, surname, address and email). - by the lesson or the package of lessons in TonArt e-shop.
Where can I find a scheduler?
Time for lessons is arranged personally for every person according to possibilities of student and tutor. Please, send your request to info@tonart.lt and we will come back shortly with the best possible options.
Can I choose the tutor?
Sure you can! Contact the tutor if you want to work with a particular one and the tutor will inform you about the time for lessons and prices.
You can also send us the request of contact us via email info@tonart.lt. Let us know who do you want to learn with and we will inform you about the possible timing for the lesson.
Is there a possibility take my 2-year-old son to the lesson?
We are very sorry, but there is no such a possibility. Playing a piano is very intense process that requires maximum attention and concentration of both, tutor and student. Participation of the child will cause too big distraction and tension.
What is the duration of the lesson?
Duration of one lesson is 60 min.
Where the lessons take place?
TonArt studio is located in “Žvėryno simfonija” – unique set of buildings in Žvėrynas, Vilnus.
Our address is A. Mickevičius St. 5 – 4.
Entrance to the building can be found using the gate from:
- Mickevičius St. (gate is situated in front of the Estonian embassy);
- Vytautas St (gate is situated in front of the Orthodox church).
